Bespoke barrel and bars pride themselves in customer satisfaction. All of our products are made to the highest standard and are described accurately in their individual listing. We don’t except returns as the products are personalised,  however in the unlikely event you are not satisfied, let us know by email and quoting your invoice number and full name and address. For custom, made to measure and bespoke products, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances unless the item is damaged or made incorrectly. You are buying a reclaimed product that is refurbished to a high standard, there may be natural imperfections in the barrels due to them being used. 

Conditions of Sale & Disclaimer

Our barrels/products are intended for indoor use in home bars or outdoor pubsheds. If you do want to keep them outside we recommend that they are sheltered or ideally have a glass top to protect from the weather. Glass tops can be obtained from any glaziers. We will not accept any responsibility for water damaged products.

Timber/Oak is a natural product and subject to its environment and its own ageing process it may bend, twist, split and change colour depending on its grain characteristics, age and according to changes in temperature and to levels of moisture and light in its atmosphere. Whilst all efforts are made to source parasite and infestation free timber no guarantee can be given against this as parasites can lay dormant and not visible for years before coming active.

When sold as Green Oak or Air dried oak, no guaranteed can be given that it will not further: release moisture, bend, twist, split, or shrink as it acclimatises to its current atmosphere. While every reasonable effort is made to recommend and supply oak which is appropriate for its end use, no liability whatsoever is accepted or implied by Bespoke barrels and bars or any of its employees for any timber supplied.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. You except as the customer that Bespoke barrels and bars cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of such cancellation.

Delivery

Bespoke barrels and bars endeavour to dispatch and deliver within 4 weeks from confirmation of order/payment. UK Mainland delivery is normally 3-5 working days from dispatch this Excludes Highlands, Islands which may take longer, unfortunately we can not deliver to Northern or Southern Ireland. Next Day delivery is available on most of our items, please contact us for a quote. Delivery is made via a 3rd party pallet line company and is a curbside delivery only.

Damaged Goods

Please ensure you unpack and check your item(s) thoroughly before signing for the parcel(s), in the unlikely event your item(s) arrive damaged the buyer is responsible to reject the item and refuse to sign for the parcel(s), the buyer is also responsible for reporting the reject to Bespoke Barrels and bars immediately. Bespoke barrels and bars cannot accept responsibility or issue a refund if damaged item(s) have been signed for – This is due to the fact that Bespoke barrels and bars cannot claim from the couriers if the goods are signed for.

Returns and refunds

Bespoke Barrels and Bars do not accept returns unless there is a fault in the making of the item, as most of our items are custom made and personalised to the customers requirements.

Please contact us if there are any faults with the item on receiving it. The return postage and packaging costs are payable by the customer.

Missing Items

In the unlikely event that there are items missing from your order, you must notify us by email or phone within 24 hours of signing for your parcel. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are missing if a report is not made within the 24 hours
